While choosing my product know that I stand behind everyone of them firmly and you can most certainly return the item if you are not total satisfied. We owe it to our pets to provide them with the best care and attention that we have to offer them. Return Policy Details

You may return any item providing it is shipped back to us within 7 days of its arrival for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping is not a service provided by us so shipping and handling costs will not be refunded (going either direction. Product must arrive back undamaged. Refund will not be sent until item has arrived back here and there will be no exceptions to this. There are no restocking fees.
